What is the price of a share for purchase?

Depending on how much the previous owner decides, usually it’s between $1 and $100. They are not ‘time-shares’ and do not make money, however, the Torrens title paperwork requires a sale dollar value.

What is the annual levy?

The current 2016-2017 annual levy is $2,820. The levy can be paid in instalments or in full and once paid, allows you full use of the farm – including, horse and bike areas, cabins, commerical kitchen, games room and camp site at no additional charge.

What is the price of a lease for 12 months?

The current 2016-2017 lease fee is $300 plus a $50 admin fee. This is in addition to the full annual levy fee of $2,820.

When and how can we inspect the facilities?
